    • Unfair trade practices based on personal connections and relationships
    • Unjust demands or offers of money, goods, or favors
    • Abuse of power (bullying) and favors
    • Workplace harassment and sexual harassment
  • Compliance
    • Collusion, unfair support, and other violations of fair trade laws
    • Leakage or infringement of trade secrets and unfair competition practices
    • Causing company losses through illegal acts such as theft or embezzlement
    • Various other violations of regulations
  • Others
    • Other acts that violate the code of ethics and ethical practice standards
    • Suggestions for improving unreasonable practices and ethical management

Check Report Status

The information you reported will go through the necessary procedures, including verification by the relevant department, and it will take a minimum time of 7 to 10 days to respond. Depending on the content of the report, it may be transferred to the relevant department for necessary action.

Whistleblower protection

  • Confidentiality
    Confidentiality: It is prohibited to disclose or imply the identity of the whistleblower without their consent.
  • Identity protection
    Identity protection: Protection is provided against disadvantages or discrimination from business relationships or affiliated departments due to reporting, testimonies, or submission of materials.
  • Liability relief
    Liability relief: If any negligence or error is found regarding the whistleblower’s report, disciplinary action against the whistleblower may be reduced.
